Located at Tel –Hai, in the Upper Galilee in Israel, Tagra’s plant has developed and manufactured over 40 different microencapsulated products since 1998.

With a capacity of 60t per year and 0.5t per batch, the production process takes place in house with four running production lines (two destined for microencapsulation of actives and two for pigments).
The manufacturing process meets ISO International Standards, while each batch released from Tagra’s facilities is QC approved.

The encapsulation process has seven stages in total: 1. Raw Material Weighting. 2. Emulsion preparation. 3. Extraction. 4. Filtration. 5. Freeze drying. 6. Sifting. 7. Packaging.
